Troubleshooting - Fresh Prints Order Defects

 

In the event that there is an issue while Checking In a Fresh Prints order, follow the steps below to report the issue to Fresh Prints. 

 

Potential issues may include:

  • Blanks that have been received do not match the order requirements

    • Style

    • Color

    • Size

  • Blanks do not match the packing list

  • Blanks that have been received are deemed defective

    • Holes or Tears 

    • Stains

    • Other Garment Defects

 

  • Navigate to the Fresh Prints Dashboard and expand the order number being referenced.

  • Scrolling all the way to the right, identify the Order Line Item(s) that have an issue.  Click the Red “Problem” Icon

  • Select the appropriate item from the drop-down menu in the Subject Line

  • Type a short message briefly explaining the issue in the Message box.

  • The Click Submit.  A Fresh Prints Representative will reach out via email to resolve the issue.

  • Fill out a Shortage report ticket and deposit in the “To Be Ordered” bin.

  • Segregate any Damaged or incorrect garments in a bin.  

  • Label the bin with a Work-In-Process tag.  Fill out the WIP tag with the Customer, Order Number, and “HOLD” in the Description field.  Place this bin on the “Partial” shelf.
